BRW Builders has been a member of the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton Counties, Inc., Florida Home Builders Association, and National Association of Home Builders since its inception. During the first 3 years, BRW Builders of Destin, Inc. was solely in the framing business. BRW Builders of Destin, Inc. constructed approximately 150 homes for various area builders. In 1989, BRW's founding partners, Dave Williams and Timm Shores, obtained their state licenses and began constructing homes in the Destin area. Since that time, BRW Builders of Destin, Inc. has been consistently growing in company size, project portfolio and industry and customer respect. In 2000, Mark Borgen and Mike Zdanis were appointed partners, bringing their years of field experience to the company's management.
