Boulevard Builders develops uptown and in-town residential communities including townhomes, condominiums and lofts in Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin. The Dallas-based company was formed four years ago by Brett Bruchmiller and three other partners who all had a wide background of real estate experience. Our goal was to apply our combined expertise towards in-town development
