Both Hardie and KLEER are guaranteed not to rot and are impervious to insects. You will not need to clean out gutters with the waterfall gutter guard system which is a standard feature. Portico is our exterior decking materials and combined with wrought iron railing systems provides an aesthetically pleasing low maintenance deck to enjoy. Roof systems include a 30 year dimensional shingle and copper flashing. Our strong team of craftsmen works together in building a lasting and quality home. When it comes to cabinets we offer our in-house custom built cabinetry.
