These services are furnished to a number of oil, gas, power and government clients on a stand-alone basis and are also provided as part of EPC contracts. Willbros provides its services through an engineering center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, another engineering office in Salt Lake City, Utah, and through a large fleet of company-owned and leased equipment that includes pipe laying equipment, transportation equipment and camp equipment. Our staffing varies with the amount of work under contract; in the past five years ranging from 2,030 to 4,750 employees.
