Elite Construction and Grading, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business and was founded in 1995 as a division of Elite Trucking Company, of Maysville, North Carolina. The company split from Elite Trucking, Inc. in January 2001. Principal ownership has been in the Construction Industry as a sole proprietor since 1965. Prior to 1965, earlier generations of the Adams family owned sawmills and a logging company that dates back to 1921 in Surry County, North Carolina.
Today, Elite is divided into three (3) divisions: Sales/Estimating, Administration and Construction Operations. The company currently employs approximately 45 Individuals and owns over 5 million dollars worth of heavy construction equipment.
