Inspectors require current certifications from VDOT, ACI, MARTCP and/or SHA to be considered for positions. Office Engineers, Resident Engineers and construction schedulers require a degree from an accredited engineering college, along with other qualifications including EIT, PE, CCM or other certifications that would indicate their technical accomplishments in the construction industry. Employees must have good oral and written communication skills and be able to read and interpret contract documents and be comfortable representing KEIs clients and their constituents.
