Company Description:
American Preservation Builders was founded by Frank T. Sinito to construct projects developed and managed by Millennia Housing Development and Millennia Housing Management (collectively, The Millennia Companies ). Millennia currently owns and/or manages over 7,000 units of affordable housing throughout the Midwest, and has extensive experience with developing, owning and operating affordable and subsidized housing.
APBs affiliation with Millennia has given us a unique perspective to building affordable housing by integrating the experience and expertise of our sister companies. APB uses that collective experience to approach projects from the analytical mindset of both an owner and developer.
APB employs a staff of industry veteran project managers, superintendents, estimators, accountants and project support staff, as well as a workforce of skilled carpenters and general trades workers, all who have experience with the construction and rehabilitation of multi-family housing.
APB specializes in government assisted programs, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Rural Development/USDA funding programs, Green Retrofit and Mark-to-Market Programs, HOME and CDBG entitlement programs, FHA/HUD financing and Bond funded transactions.
