CW is based outside of Charlotte, North Carolina as a full service licensed general contracting firm and has mobilized its Project Management and Construction Management teams to provide General Contracting services to multi-family customers throughout the Southeast. Our ability to self perform and leverage our businesses has produced additional affiliate companies, CampusWorks and CustomWorks.
CampusWorks Construction & Development is an affiliate of CW specializing in development and new construction of Student Housing communities. Our Student Housing portfolio includes new construction & development at major universities throughout the Southeast for over 10 years.
CW Construction & Development and its Joint Venture partners are owners, managers, builders, and developers of luxury student housing communities throughout the U.S. and focus on the acquisition, design, finance, development, construction, management and leasing of student housing properties.

CustomWorks is an affiliate of CW Construction & Development specializing in custom cabinets, countertops, plumbing/electrical and building supply specialties for Student Housing and Multi-Family apartment, condominium and town homes nationwide. CustomWorks supplies multi-family developers, general contractors and builders high quality kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite, solid surface material and laminate countertops.
