Mr. Levinson brings over 25 years of management experience and 12 years of construction experience in the Industrial, Public Works, Commercial, and Residential Sectors. Mr. Levinson has worked on Industrial/Commercial projects in California, Nevada, and South Carolina including Hospitals, Community Centers, Casinos and Schools.
Mr. Marshall has acquired over 25 years of management and construction experience in the Public Works, Commercial, and Government Contracting sectors.
Harbor Services is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on government contracting. Mr. Levinson, is a Service Disabled Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy for 17 plus years. Mr. Levinson received his Service Disabled Veteran status from the Veterans Administration after exiting the U.S. Navy in 1996.
