Project Quality starts at the top. Matt Olson has high expectations of all his staff and the subcontractors on each and every project. Matt inspects each project daily. When unable to do so, he expects the project manager and the site superintendent to do sono exceptions!
Each member of the Project Team is expected to achieve and exceed consistent high quality performance at all times. The message of "building it right the first time" is continually reinforced throughout every project.
We are determined to execute all projects properly, and we are unwilling to settle with adequate performance from any of our project team members. Our reputation, and the reputation of the subcontractors, is on the line from the day the project starts to the day of final completion.
