Exceptionally busy Commercial/Industrial General Contractor seeks 'in-the-field' project manager/.superintendent--two positions. Two major projects: 1 is 6 acre multi building site with remodel, expansion, and new buildings. 2nd is 4-story new facility over existing 2-story subterranean parking, plus major exterior re-hab of existing 4-story 90,000 sf facility. Must have extensive experience in either type, college degree preferred, estimating, scheduling, contract negotiation skills critical.
