Preconstruction Consulting
Utilizing a team-based approach, we work closely with the Owner, manufacturer, architect and consultants to provide input during the conceptual stages of a projects design.
Design-Build
A design contract with Chatfield provides elevations, floor and site plans, three dimensional colored architectural renderings, and an option to obtain a customized three-dimensional animated visualization on DVD.We provide a detailed budget itemizing all components of a new dealership and the associated cost estimates.Services included in our design contract include architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil and landscaping.
Green Buildings
Chatfield Construction is committed to the successful adoption of sustainable construction practices throughout the industry. Green buildings are not only beneficial to the environment; they also provide economic value both immediate and long term - for the owners.Chatfield employs LEED accredited professionals and has already completed several LEED Certified buildings.
Project Management
Chatfield Construction coordinates the entire permitting process for the project including all municipal and agency reviews, submittals, reports and conditions that may be required for approval.
Construction Management
Whether the projects plans have been provided by the manufacturer, an independent architect, or by our own design team, Chatfield Constructions skilled superintendents lead an experienced team of subcontractors to build a state of the art facility, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
General Construction
Chatfield Constructions approach to construction includes rigorous scheduling and time management standards, as well as strict quality assurance, risk management and safety measures.Our superintendents actively manage the projects daily on-site, and our core office staff coordinates a concise billing and draw schedule.
Building Maintenance
Chatfield Constructions responsibility to the Owner and the project does not end once an Occupancy Permit is issued.A comprehensive Owners Manual including warranties, manuals, material specifications and more, is issued to the Owner in order to serve as an ongoing reference resource. Additionally, our staff is prepared to coordinate any other service, maintenance or warranty item or issue that may occur.
