The survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey, benefiting the states economy, its workforce and businesses. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 55 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part of the process consisted of an evaluation of the companys workplace polices, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience and satisfaction with the company.
