R. A. Burch Construction Co., Inc. was established in 1984 as a General Contractor specializing in government projects. Our expertise lends itself to the commercial/industrial portion of the construction industry and consists of both new construction, renovation and Design/Build projects.
Recently we have been awarded several Multi-Award Construction Contracts. These contracts are designed to pre-qualify 3-5 contractors who will then compete for over $100,000,000 of projects over a one year period. Several of the projects we have been awarded through this contract have received Outstanding Evaluations from the Government.
During our 21-year history, we have performed work throughout California and in Arizona, in all types of varying climatic, geographic and site-specific conditions. We have developed a broad base of experience in all types of construction.

Burch Construction has demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction by completing high quality projects on or ahead of schedule while coordinating with the customer and the administrator on all facets of the construction. R. A. Burch Construction has never been assessed liquidated damages or failed to complete a contract within the contract completion time.
