Our main office is located at 2460 Parkman Rd., Warren, Ohio. Our building is 27,000 square feet and is located on 2.7 acres of land of which one acre is fenced and lighted. The building has 6,600 square feet of office space.
Since 1982, Jack Gibson Construction has succeeded by building solid relationships that form the framework of the construction process.
State Route 5 and Interstate 82 is one and one-quarter mile west of our facility enabling us with easy access to all points in Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Our firm has been in continuous operation and has never defaulted on a contract. Our bonding capacity started at $1,000,000. Presently, we are able to obtain bonding for any project we wish to bid.
Our 1982 workforce of six field employees has grown to include laborers, carpenters, bricklayers, ironworkers, operating engineers, cement masons and teamsters. During peak construction periods we currently employ over 100 union tradesmen.
