With roots stemming from residential renovations, we are accustomed to working in occupied spaces and govern our staff and subcontractors to assume the role of our clients in regards to attitude and composure. From safety precautions for children, to maintaining a professional demeanor, we prove that a physically invasive process may be carried through in an almost transparent manner.
Build-It Construction is registered as a licensed Contractor in the following states: CT, MA, ME, NH, PA, RI and licensed in the Boston, MA and Philadelphia, PA districts.
Build-It is developing a reputation as being able to put together detailed scopes of work in extremely modest durations. Our fast track, in and out projects make the construction process a walk in the park for our customers. We strive to get in and get out, no nonsense. Time means money, every extra day spent on a project prevents our clients from doing 'their' business.
Build-It maintains a "good mood" workplace. A positive and cheerful attitude is exemplified by all affiliates on our projects. We encourage customers to ask questions and visit the site (within safe confines) to maintain general knowledge of the project.
At the tail end of the project, we give our customers a formal opportunity to bring forth any deficiencies or items that were not completed to their liking (a punch list, if you will).
