Pioneer Construction Services (PCS) was established in 1991 to service properties owned and operated by the Real Estate Asset Management Division of its parent company, Pioneer Human Services (PHS). PHS has been in business since 1962 and operates over forty buildings, consisting of residential multi-family apartments, group homes, retail spaces, a hotel and commercial enterprise buildings. Over the years, PCS has provided these properties with many building additions, tenant improvements, remodels, facility repairs and maintenance with everlasting effects.Pioneer Construction Services is dedicated to growing people by providing training and continuing education. We promote excellence in customer service, teamwork and quality. As a result, PCS has developed a highly motivated and skilled workforce consisting of Estimators, Project Managers, Project Superintendents, Carpenters, Plumbers, Siders, Laborers and Facility Maintenance personnel.In addition to maintaining the properties of PHS we have expanded our workforce services to offer our experience, skills and expertise to customers in the marketplace who are in need of guaranteed, quality construction services.
