During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company operated two business segments: engineering and systems. In October 2006, ENGlobal Construction Resources (ECR) acquired selected assets of Watco Management, Inc. located in Clear Lake, Texas. In May 2006, ENGlobal acquired WRC Corporation and its subsidiary WRC Canada. In May 2006, the Company acquired PEI Investments. In January 2006, ENGlobal Systems, Inc. acquired certain assets of Analyzer Technology International, Inc.
