Blois Construction is a general engineering contractor specializing in underground pipeline construction. Brothers Steve and Jim Blois are second-generation owners, sons of Bob Blois who began the company in Goleta in 1965. Recent Blois projects span from developing the sewer and water systems at the Bacara Spa and Resort in Santa Barbara to constructing wet and dry utilities for housing tracts in Santa Clarita.
