Welcome to Jay-Car Construction Company, a general contractor serving Ohio since 1967. We're a family started corporation founded by Carlos Joslin and Jay Joslin, a father and son team who began business with their first major project being the Kroger Grocery warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. In the past 40 years we've completed many commercial projects, some of which you'll see here on our site. David J.
