The quantity surveying and cost consultancy firm, Davis Langdon PKS has been appointed as cost consultants for the new terminal, Pier E and kerbside works. Due to the complexity and challenging delivery timelines of the Airport Development Programme, the DAA has decided to appoint external programme managers to plan the integration and deliveryschedule of the overall Programme. This contract has been awarded to Turner & Townsend, the Leeds-based international construction and management consultancy firm.
