Montgomery Martin Contractors was formed in July of 1995 in Memphis, Tennessee to construct the first building at Lenox Park, a 700,000 square foot speculative office park, for Clark and Clark. It was a vision of the founder, H. Montgomery Martin, to have a company that was service oriented and client focused, that could provide a quality building at a reasonable cost. Since 1995 the company has grown into one of the premier General Contractors in the Memphis area with an annual volume of approximately $50 million. The majority of its work is attained from references and repeat business with its clients. In excess of 1.25 million square feet of office buildings has been constructed since 1995. Church construction has been a focus along with educational, medical, retail and light industrial work. An interior finish division was organized in 1999 that completes the build-out and renovation work.
