Established under the name MSL Construction in 1981, the business was renamed to Diversified Enterprises in 1989. In 1999 the company was renamed to Diversified Construction of Oklahoma, Inc, As Diversified Construction of Oklahoma, Inc., the firm has concentrated much of our focus on Competitive Bid Projects. These projects were mainly composed of schools, state and federally funded projects. Diversified specializes in all phases of commercial construction. Our volume of work consists of individual projects ranging in size from less than $100,000 to more than $7 million. It includes office buildings, tenant spaces, biotechnical facilities, federal buildings, churches, financial institutions, educational facilities, and facilities for non-profit organizations. With a total staff of 5 project managers, 2 assistant project managers, 13 superintendents, and other support personnel, Diversified Construction of Oklahoma, Inc. is well equipped to handle several projects simultaneously. We utilize the latest in computer technology and provide our staff with safe, modern construction equipment. Without including experience of the owners, our combined construction related project management experience is 83 years. We self-perform many of the tasks involved in our projects. We have the ability to produce shop drawings in house. We have established relationships with architects and engineers and are able to team together to produce an entire Design/Build project. The management of our firm is directed by Mark Latham and Shirlee Latham. With backgrounds in accounting and construction and over 54 years cumulative experience in the construction industry, they provide a solid foundation for long term planning as well as day to day operations.
