CRS was founded in 1947 as a general contractor operating primarily in middle Georgia. We continue to grow in the current economy, and we have been asked by clients to expand to Atlanta and southern Georgia. Our niche areas of work include higher education, medical, historic renovation, and industrial work. We have been awarded the Gold Performance Excellence Award from Boeing in 2009, 2010, and 2011. In 2009, only 147 out of 28,000 Boeing venders achieved this status. In 2010, only 125 out of 28,000 hit the mark (2011 figures are not yet available). Our buildings have received numerous awards from GA Branch AGC, from GA Trust for Historic Preservation, and from The Historic Macon Foundation.
