Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. is the retail division of Westchester Modular Homes in Wingdale, New York and was established in 1989 to better serve Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York. Since their inception, Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. has built more than 500 homes in the lower Hudson Valley. At WMHCC, we provide custom in-house design, engineering and complete construction services - we do it all! Our team of building professionals consists of a full time sales staff, construction managers and coordinators to assist you every step of the way. As an employee-owned company, our entire staff takes pride in the homes we build for our customers. We invite you to tour our professionally decorated model open seven days a week. We also encourage our customers to tour the factory to see first hand how quality Westchester Homes are built. The factory, located in Wingdale, New York is open for tours the first Saturday of every month (excluding July and August). The Factory Tours run from 10 am to 3 pm and are open to the public. All guests must be 18 to tour.
