Originally founded as TUCON Systems, Inc. in 1983, TUCON has grown to be the nineteenth largest commercial general contractor in the Washington DC metropolitan area by the year 2000. TUCON is an acronym for Tilt Up CONcrete. This experience with Concrete Construction has led us into many new arenas. TUCON expanded its scope of services in the late 80's to include tenant services and many other forms of construction. TUCON focuses primarily on the private sector commercial market. We have five major target markets that include: 1.) Flex/Industrial Buildings 2.) Retail Centers and Distribution Buildings 3.) Building Renovations/Tenant Improvements 4.)
