We provide pre-construction services for all construction management at risk projects along with scheduling (using Primavera Scheduling Software), budgeting, quality assurance, and safety. We provide the owner with a detailed schedule of how and when the project will be completed. We conduct monthly job site quality and performance meetings along with work performance inspections. We feel that a large portion of the qualified work force needed to complete a project can be found in the local communities where the projects are located. We believe in giving back to the community for allowing us to provide them with a quality built educational facility. We pride ourselves in providing a safe and hazard free work place.
