We will be happy to do your Foundation, Framing & offer Project Management with the rest of your job. Or if you'd like, we will manage your Sub-Contractors. Our typical fee is 10% General Cost + 15% Profit of all materials & labor for any part of the project we manage including any Sub-Contractors fees. Our fees are usually paid for by the savings we can save you through negotiating with Sub-Contractors & Extra work orders & fixes or repairs.
