The same Project Design Team Members will be joined by a Project Superintendent who will also be a part of the team from the beginning of the project to ensure a complete vision of the project through and through. Together we are all responsible for assisting during the preparation of the construction documents and for our interpretation in the field. We will be assisted by our Subconsultants to ensure a successful project and a satisfied client. Through the entire Construction Phase there is constant communication with the entire design team and the client. This phase will include weekly project meetings to review our critical path schedule and project document compliance.
