Sano-Rubin Construction Co., Inc. is a private corporation which traces its history back to 1912 when Louis Rubin began business as a carpenter and general contractor. In 1934, he formed a partnership with the Sano brothers, Angelo and Ben, and the company was formally incorporated in 1958. Although the Sano's have not been active in the business since 1971, the Rubin family is in its third generation of leadership and has retained the Sano-Rubin name. Projects have been constructed as far north as Keeseville, as far south as Newburgh, as far west as Utica and east to Springfield, Massachusetts. This has provided a strong knowledge of the local market area and its resources. Sano-Rubin has provided a range of services to its clients over the past 95 years in a variety of building types - from industrial to educational to corporate to health care facilities. All these projects have in common the need for quality construction, intricate scheduling/phasing and job site safety.
