Mr. Riordan's construction experience dates back thirty years when he started as a carpenter's apprentice for a small homebuilder. Following two years of education and an Associate Degree in Building Construction Technology. Riordan Construction Group, Inc. provides comprehensive construction services for commercial, retail, entertainment, educational and industrial projects for clients throughout the United States. from Illinois Central College he worked in construction quality control in the heavy industrial plants of the Texas Gulf Coastal area. Mr. Riordan received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and became a Registered Architect in the State of Texas in 1987. His architectural practice and constructed projects have encompassed a wide range of building types in locations from Texas to Thailand. Projects include private and public schools; hotels and multi-family condominiums; office buildings and parking garages; salons and health spas, health and medical clinics; retail centers and theaters; restaurants and nightclubs; retirement facilities and nursing homes; and multi-million dollar (single family) residential housing. Through diligence in project and construction management, Mr. Riordan has compiled an enviable track record of completing projects on time and on budget. He has steadily developed consistent client satisfaction and repeat business through the successful completion of all of his projects throughout his career. Mr. Riordan's commitment to excellence and professionalism in the industry coupled with his breadth of experience gave rise to the incorporation of the Riordan Construction Group, Inc. in November 2001. Riordan Construction Group provides experienced and vigilant control of design changes, budget and scheduling. Knowing the critical issues to address and the right questions to ask, blended with innovative problem-solving skills, solid research methods, and quality construction techniques, we consistently complete projects on time and on budget. Riordan Construction Group's strength lies in the quality and depth of our professional and technical capabilities. Comprehensive construction management services with established standards for management, reporting and documentation coordinate the many aspects of complex construction projects.
