Ridgeline Construction, Inc. has been serving the Metropolitan Area of Richmond, Virginia since 1994. Our offices are located in the Midlothian district of Chesterfield County. We are a fully licensed and insured, Class A contractor. Our memberships include the Richmond and National Associations of Home Builders; the Remodeler 20 Clubs sponsored by the NAHB; as well as the Richmond area Better Business Bureau. We are a full service remodeler and custom builder. Whether we are working from your architectural plans or developing a design/build relationship we can create a turnkey project ready for your enjoyment. Our production department has grown from an owner/operated company into one that utilizes over 65 years of combined experience. Our production process is based on a lead carpenter system to ensure that every detail is attended to. Each of our experienced lead carpenters is assigned a project, becomes fully involved with its details and then acts as the daily contact for our clients. The production manager supports the lead carpenters with additional communication coordination between the client, the lead carpenter and the sales office. We believe that effective communication is a key ingredient in the success of any project and this system helps us achieve that goal. Another production goal we work hard to achieve is customer satisfaction. We believe we are primarily a customer service business that offers design, remodeling, construction and follow up services. Therefore we have excelled in working with our clients to provide the best solutions for their renovation or construction needs; before, during and after the project. The types of projects we are generally involved with are architect driven with an emphasis on practical design. A typical project would be an addition in conjunction with a kitchen remodel, a master bedroom/bathroom addition, expanding attics into finished space, building a pool house or other detached structures. We also have a long history of successfully completed custom homes. Whatever your needs or ideas may be, we will be glad to help you achieve them. Continuing Education is another important aspect of Ridgeline's culture. Seminars, association meetings and conventions are some of the methods through which we stay abreast of new technology, new products and/or processes. As previously mentioned, we are involved with the Remodelor's 20 Club program administered through the National Association of Home Builders. This group provides us with a defacto board of directors presenting points of view from other remodelers around the United States.
