Operating from offices in Pasco and Richland, Washington, we support multiple projects nationwide and throughout the world.Our specialty is solving our clients' unique challenges. From remote site conditions with unwilling stakeholders, to building in an operating facility without impacting operations. We take the time to listen to our clients so we can design solutions that not only meet the structural requirements, but also address the human constraints or concerns. Over the next ten years, we expanded our skills to structural steel fabrication and high performance metal roofing systems. In 2001, RCS transitioned into a full service general construction firm focusing on prevailing wage projects. In 2007 we shut down our fabrication facility, allowing us to concentrate on the design-build general construction market. With this rich, diverse history, our management team developed special skills and a knowledge base that most general contractors cannot match.
