Rammik Construction Inc. began in 1994 as a result of brothers-in-law Mark Hofstee and Mike Ensing having a desire to use their knowledge and skills in their own business to develop relationships with customers. Mark Hofstee, B.A. began his construction career as a framer and, as a result of much interest about home improvement projects, transitioned to full time preconstruction planning work of Rammik Construction including computerized design work, estimating, preparation of a detailed contract and applying for and obtaining the building permit. Mark is qualified under the Ontario Building Code as a designer. He has 20 years experience in the home building/renovation business and prides himself in building a relationship with our customers of trust and confidence. Mike Ensing, Licensed Carpenter, is the hands on member of this partnership. Once the project has started, Mike supervises Rammik's employees, deals with sub-trades, communicates with the customer about stages of the project and changes that are requested and, as much as possible, works on the project himself. Mike's specialty is his attention to detail and he often uses this area of expertise to build custom bookshelves or mantels to give our projects that extra special touch. Mike's 22 years of experience in the home improvement business makes him an excellent source of ideas. Our projects are always owner managed. Mark and Mike are in contact with each other daily to ensure that the working relationship that has been developed with our customers is always maintained. Rammik Construction is a full service home improvement company while never waivering on unique, quality and personalized service. We are realistic with our customers about changes and document and inform them about options and the cost associated for changes. We have been dealing with most of our sub-trades for as long as we've been in business so we know and trust what our customers are getting.
