PirTano Construction Company, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Mike Piraino, Joe Pantano, and Jack Horn. Like many companies, we started with very humble beginnings. Our growth as an underground and communication contractor has been phenomenal to say the least, and part of our success is that we are guided by a very strong belief that you have to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The talent base begins with the owners: Mike Piraino, President, with over 37 years in the business, and the philosophy that a company that stands still won't last the test of time; Joe Pantano, Vice President, with 34 years of field management experience ranging from fiber optics to sanitation, water and storm distribution systems. And Jack Horn, company Secretary/Treasurer, who has broad financial and operational experience in the construction industry. Jack also oversees the communication division of PirTano which involves engineering, design, and construction services.
