Keegan Ledford Construction was founded in 1982, making available to Lawton builders a top quality trim carpentry crew. Keegan maintained his own business while securing the position of job superintendent for another local Builder. During the next three years, he completed the construction of 50 (fifty) new residential homes. In 1988, Keegan devoted all his energy to his own construction company. He expanded K & L Construction to include government contracts and commercial building. The company completed many contracts in Lawton which included a Fifty thousand square foot Auto Dealership and a privately owned school complete with gymnasium. Keegan continued developing new construction homes in the mid-nineties, completing Starter Homes in The Rolling Hills and Sun Gate additions. Entering the new Mellenium, Keegan concentrated all his efforts towards developing high quality housing additions, targeting the needs of growing families. Phase 4 of the Kingsbriar Addition was completed in 2003 and the beginning stages of EastLake addition are well underway. These two projects represent what Keegan does best and enjoys the most.
