JHL Constructors is a commercial general contractor founded in the State of Colorado in 1984. JHL constructs various types of commercial, HUD housing, assisted living, office, educational, institutional, and medical facilities as well as recreational centers, and park/playground/pool facilities. We maintain approximately 70 employees in the field and 15 office staff. In the fiscal year of 2006 our completed contractual volume was over $60 million dollars. JHL Constructors is well know throughout Colorado for providing competitive pricing on all types of commercial hard bid and negotiated projects. JHL has a great deal of experience with both ground up and renovation projects in the State of Colorado. JHL has completed numerous office/medical office buildings including The Center for Advanced Dermatology a new 15,000 GSF structure located at Wadsworth and Hampden. JHL has a strong history of successful projects with Hutton Ford, in fact, our most recent project together won a gold hard hat award from Colorado Construction Magazine this past year. JHL Constructors, Inc. services include construction management, design/build, design/assist, negotiated and select list competitive bid projects. In 2005 our competitive bid projects represented 40% of our volume; design/build and design/assist accounted for 35% with the remaining 25% being performed as CM/GC.
