In summer of 1999, we started a custom home building business in this growing community of Lake City, Florida. We are one of the largest custom home builders in the surrounding areas. We build about 60 to 70 new homes per year in the spec home and custom home market. We are now one of North Florida's largest building contractors. We are a very customer service oriented company that takes a lot of care & concern for you, as our customer. As you are in the planning & selection process for your home, we are there to carefully guide you through this process. We have a full operational showroom that allows you to select products that you like & what quality of product that you are looking for so that we can accurately price your home. Once most the selections are made prior to finalizing all the paperwork, both parties are all knowing exactly what details will be going into your new home. Then as we are building your home, and after the home is completed that same level of service carries through. We have full time project managers that are dedicated to each job as it is in progress from the clearing of the property through the final punch list. With a wide variety of size, styles, and specifications for these new homes, we take pride in our work. We have built our business around the single most important thing to us, and that is the quality and the attention to details.
