Servicing the commercial, institutional and industrial industry in the Greater Delaware Valley serving Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE and Southern New Jersey areas. HLCS specializes in interior fit out, improvement, renovation and restoration but also has the capability to perform new construction projects under $5,000,000.00 in construction costs. HLCS performs these services for a select but prestigious client list, keeping its size small and personal. HLCS performs these services at the highest level of professionalism, knowledge of the industry and with years of practical experience, at an exceptional value to the client, saving our clients both time and money. Founders, President and CEO Mary Horstmann Lynch and Vice President of Operations Peter G Lynch currently hold 100% of the company's stock. Prior to starting HLCS Mrs. Lynch worked for Salomon Smith Barney as a registered associate for 20 years. Mrs. Lynch set up the company financially and is responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative duties. Her financial background and expertise is essential to the company's success and growth. Mr. Lynch has worked in all the facets of the construction industry for the last 20 years. For 11 years he had work for Structure Tone Inc, one of the nations largest construction management contractors, in a supervisory/managerial position. Mr. Lynch had managed, directed and supervised all of Structure Tone's operation in the Delaware Valley from 1998 to 2001 before starting HLCS with Mrs. Lynch. Mr. Lynch brings the knowledge and experience to start and complete a project on time and with in budget. Mr. Lynch also brings many professional relationships in the subcontractor area that will more than support the work to be performed and provide a competitive edge over the competition.
