McNair Building Construction, Inc. is a full service company building new model and custom homes, and remodeling and renovating existing homes on Hilton Head Island and through-out the Bluffton area since 1983. David McNair and his family have been long time residents of Hilton Head. Both David and Stephanie relocated from big city environments and particularly enjoy the Low-Country of South Carolina. We are very fortunate to have decided to move to Hilton Head in the 70's. Our quality of life has been greatly enhanced with that decision. We look forward to passing on those benefits to our children through their quality education
