HALEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was established in 1955 by C.J. and Frances Haley in Globe, Arizona. Haley Construction moved to Prescott and was incorporated in 1960. Ownership changed to sons Tom Haley and Bill Haley in 1976 who now operate Haley Construction. Tom and Bill are graduates from ASU with degrees in construction and civil engineering. Both owners are well known in the Prescott area for their excellent, professional reputations and their many involvements in community affairs.
