Home Construction Consulting, LLC (HCC) was established in 1990 as a home building and remodeling company by John Zerega, a South Carolina licensed homebuilder, general contractor and remodeler. Background: Prior to 1990 John worked for large companies in many large Project Management assignments that required planning, organizing, constructing and managing new start up facilities (industrial and commercial), personnel and programs. During our first 10 years building homes, remodeling projects of all sizes and performing Construction Consultant services, we used a hands on approach with our customers"
