ECI Site Construction Management was founded in 1980 and incorporated in 1983. ECI, originally a landscape and irrigation firm, began general contracting park projects in 1993. Today, ECI specializes in general contracting large site construction projects and has worked for numerous municipalities along the Front Range. This unique company evolution has allowed us to provide our extensive and first hand knowledge to manage the construction of any size project including neighborhood parks and large athletic complexes. ECI also has experience working under the CM/GC and Design Build construction formats and has given presentations and workshops regarding the benefits of these construction methods.
