Ducron Construction was founded in July 1973 as a sole-trading enterprise by the late Bev Douglas. His strong sense of personal responsibility imbued Ducron with the ethos it retains today. Between 1973 and 1993 Ducron's operations were confined to the retail fuel sector,developing filling stations. In 1993, brothers Richard and Tim Douglas inherited the name and formed a partnership. The subsequent years have been ones of diversification, growth and change leading to the formation of a private limited company Ducron Construction Limited with Tim and Richard as its shareholders and Directors.
