DCI was established by Carrie (Donnelly) Speshock in April, 1994 as a highway maintenance contractor for New York State. The first two years we did highway mowing and landscaping for both public and private customers. We then expanded into grooving bridge decks, maintenance and protection of traffic, soil erosion, and crack sealing. In addition to those items, we provide and rent project highway construction signs, portable variable message signs, attenuator truck, arrowboards, temporary concrete barrier, cones and barrels. We perform on 100 different contracts a year either as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Some of our current customers include; NYS DOT, NYS Thruway Authority, Vermont Agency of Transportation, Clough Harbor & Associates, Kubricky Construction, Callanan Industries, Rifenburg Construction Inc., Luck Brothers, Inc., to name a few. Some of the jobs we are currently working on include, I-87 Exit 12 Roundabouts, Saratoga County; Canadian Border Crossing, Clinton County; MPT For Region 9 Bridge Inspection, Various Counties,: Cracksealing, Region 9, various counties. Donnelly Construction is a New York State Certified WBE/DBE and a Vermont State Certified DBE.
