Diversco Construction Co., Inc. was established in March 1982 by David Maas and Daniel Timmer. Originally the business operated out of their homes. In April 2000 we moved to our new building at 675 Clyde Ct.SW, Byron Center, Michigan. The company started with one loader and a truck. Since then, we have grown to a company of approximately 90 employees. Dave and Dan started by doing small subcontract jobs and now the company has general contracts doing Michigan Dept. Of Transportation jobs as well as contracts for municipalities and private business. Diversco has done projects as far north as Traverse City, as far south as Hillsdale, and east to I-75.
