DCI Builders, originally known as DelBiaggio Construction, was established in 1986 by Dennis DelBiaggio in Ferndale, California as a home building and agricultural company for the local dairy community. Early projects included the construction of the Francis Creek Inn on Main Street, Rich & Corrine Losa's new home, and Bill and Jenny Becker's first addition on their Craftsman. Dennis' reputation for quality work, integrity and customer service enabled his business to expand and explore new technologies and construction methods. Always striving to keep his customers' needs met, Dennis made sure all his employees shared his vision. DCI Builders has an experienced and knowledgeable office staff, project supervisors and crew leaders. We operate as a team, with each one contributing to the success of our jobs. The 1992 earthquake expanded DCI into another direction. As the demand to rebuild many homes and businesses grew, DCI took on new endeavors, adding structural concrete and commercial work to their line of expertise. As the community grew, DCI Builders' work load increased, and additional employees were hired. Never one to turn down a challenge, Dennis continues to take on jobs which expanded the company's expertise in different areas.
