He has worked both as a custom home builder and a superintendent and operations manager on large commercial projects such as shopping centers and geriatric facilities around the southeast, before coming to Okaloosa County in 1983.Dennis Hamby has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, and is a State Certified General Contractor. He has built a wide variety of commercial, government, institutional, condominium, and restaurant projects. Dennis also has extensive experience in commercial renovations and tenant build out work, and has developed and built several office projects as well.
