Brogoitti Construction was established in 1994. Since that time, hundreds of East Texans have trusted us with one of their most precious assets - their home. We quickly established the benchmark for custom housing in the area, as many of our repeat customers would tell you. Brogoitti Construction brings experience, innovative design, and attention to detail to each home we construct.Randy founded the Company in 1994 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Randy is regarded as a pioneer in the design, implementation, and financing of residential and commercial construction projects. He has served the community in various capacities since moving to Kilgore in 1975. Randy began his professional career as a Bank Examiner for the United States Treasury. In 1975, he relocated to Kilgore to join Kilgore First National Bank and quickly climbed the corporate ladder resulting in his becoming President and Chairman of the Board until 1987. Since that time, he has owned and operated a number of businesses in East Texas and since 1994 has focused primarily on residential and commercial construction.Randy enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years, Ann and their children who he has the privilege of working with daily - Clint and Julie.Julie joined Brogoitti Construction in 2005 as the Office Manager. Upon her graduation from Stephen F. Austin State University, Julie worked as a recruiter for the University in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. In 2000, she joined Clark Consulting as a benefits consultant for highly compensated executives. Julie's attention to detail and accuracy are considered her greatest assets and have proved to be one of Brogoitti Construction's as well. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and shopping. She is a member of The Junior League of Longview.Born and raised in Kilgore, Texas, Clint's natural abilities to manage and organize are invaluable to Brogoitti Construction. Upon his graduation with a B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University, Clint joined the company. His primary focus is in working as a liason between the client and subcontractors to ensure each job is completed with the detail and precision we pride ourselves on providing.Linda joined Brogoitti Construction in 2002 after a successful career in real estate. Upon receiving her realtor's license in 1990 Linda was a million dollar producer almost from the start. She later obtained her brokers license and started her own realty company, American Home Realty in Kilgore. After selling her business in 2002, Linda joined our team. Since that time she has worked as a liaison between the client, subcontractors and builder. Her knowledge has proved to be an invaluable asset to Brogoitti Construction. As a lifelong resident of Kilgore, Linda has served in a multitude of community service roles including the following local Boards/Organizations:As a member of the Highland Park Baptist Church, Linda serves/has served on the Building Committee, as Treasurer, as Sunday School Teacher, and GA Coordinator. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.Katriana joined Brogoitti Construction in November of 2006 following a career in sales. After serving in the US Army for 5 years, Katriana worked for Southside Bank as a Retail Banker for 3 years then as a sales consultant for a local sign company for almost 2 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their son who is the highlight of their lives!
