Blueprint is a family business. My wife, Cassondra is a local Real Estate Broker that assists me in many ways. I am a licensed NC General Contractor and concentrate my business on custom home building. I have been building homes for over twelve years and really enjoy being hands on with the customer. You will see me on the job site almost every day making sure that the quality and craftsmanship of your home is up to my satisfaction as well as yours. Many people think that building a custom home is not an option for them. I am able to assist you with everything from brainstorming on the floorplan to suggesting ways to save money on the design. Building custom is often the most cost effective way to go to get the home you really want.
